Yes, me too. Eat more salt. Didn’t do anything. And no, I’m not dehydrated:) Have you been able to increase your BP.

Only cuz sometimes there is something obvious, i.e., like a certain med. that needs lowering, or diet/activity, that needs an adjustment.

Was told a pace maker by a cardiologist. No other solutions were given. Either a pace maker or lose your driver's license. Getting a second opinion for sure. Was walking 2-3 hours a day had normal BP than it dropped almost overnight
