Unified OxygenOS 12 is Delayed? OxygenOS 12 Pulled Back (AGAIN)

Unified OS will roll out it's first beta in April, and the Final Stable should be around September. OnePlus 10 Ultra is coming and it is in EVT Phase (Engineering Validation Test). Chances are that 10 Ultra would be the First phone to Have Unified OS. Also 10 Ultra is coming with Snapdragon 8 Gen1+ made on TSMC'S 4nm Processor. So this one would be a Maxed out Ultra Flagship from OnePlus this year.

The C 44 update has screwed my OnePlus 9 Pro.. bugggy.. glitchy.. heating.. primary camera issues.. background apps stays put.. camera heats like crazy while recording 4k 60fps.. sad sad sad shyt. 🤬

I'm kinda waiting for OP 10 Pro to release so I could get a 9 Pro discounted, but all this recent mess with software is making me feel it's a bad decision to continue with oneplus... It might be time to move on to another brand, but I really don't want to...

What they should do is to keep oxygen OS as it is, don't merge it with color OS and just add material you design concept while adding more camera features like one UI

As a survivor of Windows Vista, I can say the the OnePlus rollout of A12 topped that for horrible software. I hard reset my 9pro more than used it. Thanks to Amazon extended returns I was able to send it back and purchased a Pixel 6 Pro. And got $200 trade in on my old phone. It has worked almost flawlessly. I couldn't get some basic apps one the OnePlus 9 pro to even launch.

OnePlus 3T, 5T, 6T and 9 Pro user. I'm staying with OnePlus for now and I'll give the benefit of the doubt. But my patience is running very low. And OOS 12 is totally below the standard for my needs both in terms of reliability/ bugs and (lack of) customisation.

Even rushing out the OnePlus 10 pro was a bad idea in my opinion. I do not know anything about the business aspect, but damn that phone was a loss compared to the 9 Pro. The ultra-wide getting smaller, losing macro and also better function overall takes away the "Pro" badge a little bit for me. We need a product that is representative of what a serious or "Pro" user would want overall. This hasn't been it and we need to let the devs breathe as well overall. I cannot imagine this stress is good for any of them of the end result of thee products. Albeit hardware or even software.

Many people have said this, but after using OOS 12, OOS 11 feels empty. You'll get used to OOS 12 after time.

I love my Pixel 6 and have had a great experience with it aside from signal loss. My concern is the other many users who are having issues. I cannot choose between the Pixel 6 and OnePlus 9 Pro since they are both great phones with different benefits. For example, my OnePlus Buds Pro with LHDC sounds AMAZING with my 9 Pro and quality dips on my Pixel 6. Meanwhile my Pixel 6 has great software features like screen calling.

I've got bad experience on OS12 especially as when I record video it tends to muffled. I don't have this problem on OS11.

I think an OxygenOS port will likely be the next Custom ROM, and it will basically compete with Pixel Experience. If enough people want the "real" OxygenOS, surely someone will answer that demand.

Oxygen OS died along with Oneplus when it became a part of Oppo, i wanted a Oxygen OS Oneplus device but after the recent update its all clear that oppo is selling the same oppo stuff to the one plus audience and after the oneplus 10 launch its all clear, oneplus used to be a flagship killer but sadly it all ends here.

Most of the people claiming Oxygen OS 12 to be a downgrade are those ones who arrive at a conclusion by way of bandwagon effect.I found the Oxygen OS 12 to be better than 11 except for the camera OS and some aspects of the gallery app.Furthermore, the performance is still top notch and bugs are not there for me after the January update.
