Assured pension means 50% of average last 12 months basic salary prior to superannuation i.e sum of last 12 months basic pay divided by 12 which is then multiplied by 50% and the resultant amount will be given to the retirees as pension( monthly) Just my understanding

Those state employees should definitely opt for UPS 📦 for me i have no worry at all.. NPS is not satisfactory as they are not entitle to draw the amount more then twice and that too very limited not as the amounts in NPS .. 😊
