he is great.. you enjoy your job you want to be there you can't wait to get there to be with the other employees you work with because they feel more like family, you enjoy your environment and it shows in the work and the product because it comes from geuine happy which gives a great energy which is passed on through the product and the person that buys it which in return to dedication and a bigger outside family besides the inside family which gives hey bigger opprutinty of unity and power over in justified hardship
