You might want to add a little more drain time to that washer that is extracting. Seems to be a bit of excess water in the wheel during the medium speed ramp up.

Ralphy Sleepy More than likely a poor Ecolab rep that is injecting too much soap or the not enough rinses in the cycle.

@@michaelthompson1002 It has nothing to do with the Ecolab rep. The 3-phase power was incorrectly wired to the machine causing it to spin backwards. This is causing the poor draining condition. A plugged-up drain valve could complicate the problem. UW machine should spin clockwise.

The problem is incorrect connection of the 3-phase wiring. The machine is spinning backwards.

That washer is newer, it is inverter driven. Connection of the 3 phase does not matter at the main connection. The inverter determines the rotational direction. I can't see clearly but the spray rinse or fill valve may be activated during this extraction. There is a lot of steam vapor coming from the soap hopper. This usually indicates that fresh hot water may be feeding in through there.

300G if it is a high speed model. Unimac also makes a 200 and 100 model.
