Can you verify the exact humidity near the printer in the around around the printer? The best way to read the exact humidity near the printer is with a Digital Indoor Humidity Gauge. If the humidity is outside the range of 45% and 65%, this can cause issues the print quality. Also, can you please verify that the printer connected to a verified dedicated circuit? By a verified dedicated circuit, i am referring to a circuit that was either verified by an electrician, or a circuit that was installed by an electrician.

I can't get my images to print without having pixelation and jagged lines. I have tried every size you can think of. Uninet tech support could not tell me the image size of their stock graphics or tell me recommended. png image size. I'm not a graphic designer, just a guy with a growing side business. Any suggestions on optimal image size for the 560?

Me too, this is why I am watching the video. My edges are pixelated jagged lines.

@@mrrast4602 I have actually had better quality images printing from the silouette software than the icolor 560 software if this helps. I've also saw posts that you can print directly from AI and photoshop with great quality.

if you are designing in photoshop, make sure your design has a resolution of at least 300.

Hello, could you help me, I do not know what is happening with the work I am doing. I am doing the tests with my icolor 550 and when I make the union of the transparent paper with the sheet that has the glue. When I take the ink from the transparent sheet off the plate, everything sticks to the paper. Can someone tell me where is the error? The machine is at 300 degrees hot and I set the bonding of papers to 120 seconds, then I made another attempt with less time and the ink still sticks to the white paper that has the glue.

You're using too high of heat. Try turning it down a few degrees!

You might try making sure you are printing on the right side of the media and your heat press is completely warmed up (including lower platen)
