I understand the reluctance to move to windows 10, I was a happy camper with windows 7 for ages. Good thing I found is that my ancient hardware still works under 10. I have 2004 copy of Photoshop it runs, my 17 year old Brother BW laser printer works and my ancient Roland Edirol and its drivers with firewire run on windows 10

I miss windows 7. And I hated windows 10. But now I'm over here useing windows 11.

Also the whole waves central thing is one of the most annoying work-arounds in the business.

Right? The fact that I couldn't even use newer versions of Waves Central to uninstall and revoke licenses on my W7 machine was a big problem. Then when it auto-updated itself, Python/DLL file errors would be shown every time I started my computer. The startup errors are gone now that Waves is off my machine!

I would consider this. I've been buying waves products one by one for years. Literal thousands spent and this is how they do us.. Anything to earn a buck i guess🤷‍♂️

They have since backtracked on their new policy so you're good. But for me I was already planning on not using Waves plugins anyway so this just push me over the edge.
