One of our favorite audiobook narrators is back with The King in Yellow, a book of short stories by American writer Robert W. Chambers. In this unintentional ASMR audiobook, Peter Yearsley reads the stories with his deep, monotonous voice which is soothing enough to help you relax or sleep. Hope you enjoy these stories and let us know what you'd like to hear next! If you'd like to help our audiobook collection to grow then please SUBSCRIBE: bit.ly/AudiobookChannel

My goodness, Mr Yearsley's voice is soothing, evocative, emotional -- anything BUT monotonous. Perhaps mellifluous was meant?

Am I the only listener who finds this author to use way too many words to describe everything which leads to nothing?? Each ending is so anticlimactic, Im confused as to why this book has such a good reputation. Either way, I appreciate the content….the opportunity to hear the reading, to experience another classic title, thank u 🥳
