I love how people are unhappy with her advice. If you are offended with what she is saying, then you must be clueless how the world works. She is just being honest, we live in a vain world where looks define your attraction level. She may sound arrogant or delusional to some people, but everything she is saying is actually really good advice. Work on yourself every day, fix everything you can about yourself and accept the things you can't change. People who don't like what she is saying probably make zero effort to look good and wonder why no one wants to associate with them.

Not necessarily. Those types of ambient sounds really add to it for me. Any time in school when a projector was used the sound of the fan was hypnotic and I couldn't stay awake.
