Slapping your self promotion text over original content does not count as making editing “cuts.” Uploading this doesn’t take hard work, it’s been on KZbin for almost two decades. My first memory was in kindergarten. My teacher kept a 1 gallon ice cream bucket of used and abused crayons in the back of the classroom. Most had lost their paper sleeves and/or were broken in half. One of the girls in my class went to get a few crayons... she was so gentle about it. The sounds of the wax lightly clicking together, the soft rustle of worn out paper sleeves brushing together as she gently raked through the bucket. She’d grab a handful and let the ones she didn’t want fall through her fingers back into the bucket... then I started “noticing” how gently my teacher passed out papers placing one on everyone’s desk...and so began the big mystery of why I couldn’t pay attention in class and was so easily distracted. 😝

@jonnymurgatroyd8562 жыл бұрын
@@anthonycardenas4994 Nah, it's clearly in most peoples minds that they are only pretending to understand. This is because she's speaking nonsense and non sequiturs that can only be 'understood' if you're pretending to get something deep from it. The draw is to prey on people who want to think they are special to understand something their peers do not or are gleaning some special knowledge for themselves.

@YouDontKnowAsMuchAsYouThinkUDo Жыл бұрын
@@jonnymurgatroyd856 Hard disagree. There are many of my peers that don't possess the knowledge that I do and vice versa. I live in the Canadian Rocky mountains with no running water, no electricity and no gas. I cook and heat my home and water by wood stove. I grow and hunt my food. My friends range from wood workers to nurses, computer programmers and emergency personelle. We all bring different knowledge, viewpoints and concepts to the table. As far as deep understanding goes, that varies from individual to individual. I know many people who are extremely intelligent but are completely out of touch and in utter denial of any kind of divinity and fail to think outside of a predetermined boxed. This mans concept of presence is very literal. He needs to see something in order for him to consider it present. I can't see or touch the great Wall of China but it is present. I can't see Pluto but it is present. I can't see air but it is present. People in general look at things in such a literal sense that they over analyze and over think, resulting in many of them complicating simple concepts. Many people have a very difficult time learning further than what they've been taught. They just cannot think outside of the box, no matter how logical or simple the concept. It just does not line up with what they think they know as fact. Example: Is a solid object solid? No. We now know that it's a mass of vibrating molecules, atoms, waveicles, etc. If you can grasp that concept then you're on the right path. Personally, I'm not sure why people think science and divinity don't mix. They absolutely go hand in hand. Things are not as they seem and everything is a world within a world to infinitum. Do you know how many people still have never heard these concepts? 👀 Too many.

She's talking about becoming aware that you are not being who you really are, but rather playing out conditioning that you've been programed with in your upbringing. The noticing and presence she's referring to, are to help stop identifying with, and addiction to, content (conditioning/programing/beliefs), by becoming the observer of it, and as a result seeing through it. Realizing you are the consciousness that mental, physical, and emotional content arises in, not the content itself. Be the sky. The clouds are just passing through.

Wow based on the comments I didn't expect what she was saying to resonate with me so much but it really did. In a way I've only started understanding in recent years after a lot of reflection and personal development. This gave me a really interesting way of thinking about ideas and feelings I've had for a while. It's always great to find when others have had similar discoveries to you!

OK, I have been listening to this every night for the ASMR. It puts me down fast. But I feel like I am absorbing her message in lots of subtle ways, and it is having kind of a profound impact. I absolutely love these spiritual life coaches or whatever they're called, because they're not actually saying anything. Like all of that means absolutely nothing. For people who are confused as to what Neelam is talking about: check out the Neo-Advaita movement or Gangaji.The point of these 'Satsangs' or meetings is to induce a dissociative experience where the sense of self coincides with mere awareness, even if for a brief moment. This is framed as liberating people from clinging to the ego & the mind, an attachment which is deemed the source of suffering & unhappiness.
