Maine ek lawyer se ye sab 1500 rupees me karwaya tha PNB bank me aur waha bhi 3 lakh se uper hi tha..but ab mujhe union bank me death claim karwana hai aur union bank wale apne personal lawyer se bol rahe hai karwane ko jo ki mujh se 3 lakh ke death claim ke 25000 mang raha hai.....sir kya mai apne lawyer se karwa sakta hoon jisne PNB ka kiya tha,ya union bank ke lawyer se hi karwana jaruri hai..? Please reply..koi bhi lawyer ho sakta hai na ? Jo kam se kam charge kare is same kaam ke ?

Sir , can you help me , union bank of India without nominee claim of my Mothers account, i am only son with 3 sisters, how to fill and which form i need to get signatures of my 3 sisters , i am the one who is going to claim the amount ,family member certificate is ready as my father was a Govt servant. How many sureities required , they should be from same bank anyone of my friends.
