Mr. Harman thank you for your service. You did a 2hr battle walk with a big group of like minded Gettysburg enthusiasts and you didn’t look at notes once. Well done

I saw the video where Ranger Matt said this would be a special presentation. I planned to attend but was unable to make it due to a last minute change in plans. Thank you for posting video!!!

I cannot count how many times I attended a battle walk with Troy. That man is a legend in his own right and I am sure he will be dearly missed, but I’m also sure he will be enjoying his retirement.

PLEASE SAY IT ISN'T SO StuffWriter. Just talked to Troy while we were there for the 161st and it sounded like he would be around for a while longer. Troy is probably one of the finest people you could ever meet. A LEGEND.

I was able to attend a Pickett’s Charge walk with Troy, the first week of August. All the way from Canada and my very first time at GNMP. We arrived late in the afternoon and his was the last tour of the day. I’m sure glad I got to meet him. Super knowledgeable and a super great guy to speak with as well. I’ve read just about every book out there in regards to Pickett’s Charge, but to hear him describe the men, actions and emotions while standing on the very same ground was an eye opener indeed. I planned on returning next year for a longer visit and was hoping to attend another of his walks. To everyone who knows him, I am certain he will be dearly missed.

I was in this tour and it was great to see the different ripples in the ground. Walking off the beaten track on East Cemetery was awesome.

Loved Troy and his wide reaching knowledge of Gettysburg. He takes you to so many places that are wonderfully obscure. Also, ain’t he fit for someone retiring!! Wish him the best retirement ever. Perhaps he could guest sometimes at the park! ❤❤️🇬🇧
