Mam why can't you talk about other states which were higher than Telangana, why you are just focusing on Telangana, and one more point in 2014 GSDP of Telangana was 4 lakh crores, now it is 14 lakh crores, Telangana is 7th highest contributor for GDP according to RBI, State owned tax revenue increasing at a pace of 18 percent, and Telangana with highest percapita, will really the fiscal deficit of 38% percent matters.. I think there might be political agenda behind this statements
