@@LauftFafa u mean the roadmap on the dev diaries with limited wars early on and visial overhauls and such? thats not a rework. the war system will remain as ai managed frontlines. but maybe a dlc after spheres of influence will be more than what they have outlined so far, we shall see. as for the fun part, no i don't find the current gameplay loop fun, but i like victoria 2. in vic3 colonisation, pop system, great power influence, diplomacy and war are less fun than vic2. i think vic3 was a great leap for the political part of the game - playing a democracy has never been so fun. vic2 politics pale on comparison. as i said, i really like vic2 and the gameplay loop has been worsened in its sequel. vic3 is like looking at the factory tab and the market tab the whole game in vic2. the fact that the game's systems are "being expanded upon" (fixed) shows that they aren't good atm (eg autonomous investment, more control over war). sry for my first response coming off so aggressively. im a big vic2 fan and am not happy with the sequel, so i got agitated responding to u. hopefully this expands upon what i was trying to say. i played the vic3 leak, played it when it came out, played around voice of the people, and played after 1.5 update. i have very specific issues with vic3 and i am not seeing those issues being addressed as the game is updated.
