Operation Lifesaver is more of a “special interest” type of wrap. Heritage would be talking about the fallen flags before the modern freight railroads we have today.

@@BrokenFootRailfan CDTX F59PHI 2007 along with AMTK F59PHI's 455 and 457 when those two used to run on the Surfliner also used to have OLS wraps before they were overhauled too. @@BrokenFootRailfan If you want something else for fallen flags, New Jersey Transit, Metro-North and Chicago's Metra actually have some heritage units like those too than just freight. A few of Metro-North's P32AC-DM's have been getting fallen flag paints for their 40th Anniversary last year. Engine 201 has one of the former ConRail liveries identical to CSX ES44AH 1976 (formerly 3069), engine 208 wears a classic paint that the FL9's used, and engine 211 wears the New York Central paint scheme in gray like CSX ES44AH 1853 (formerly 3067). NS SD70ACe 1066 wears the New York Central paint scheme as well even though that paint is black. We'll have to see what comes fourth and last for the heritage on MNRR.
