Misbehaviour in the context of removal of chairman/members mean only the 2 grounds already mentioned. I understand the reasoning of your question, but here the word misbehaviour only implies 'corruption' or 'collusion'

what i hate is sir not explaining minor minor things and instead of it sir says "yeh toh apko pata hi hoga" such irritating. for example watch at 10:35, 27:50, agar sab pata hota toh apke lecture kyu dekhta. aur aise sab videos mai hota hai

if you don't know about the first indian to clear ICS exam then go to the very first lecture. Be ashamed that you have completed 43 lectures and you don't even know what was in the first one. Give time to your revision. BTW the answer is Satyendra Nath Tagore, brother of Rabindranath Tagore. EMPHASIZE ON YOUR REVISION and don't criticize him, rather criticize yourself

@@menishugoswami Yes brother I will definitely emphasize on my revisions. But I started from 0. I don't know about basic think that's why I m watching video to cover basic thing/facts as much as possible. I m not watching video for REVISION. If you are watching this video for REVISION then aren't you wasting your time? Other teachers is explaining basic thing/ facts. See below in comment section "Manishbharti231" mentioned about how much time when sir had not clear basic facts. This not about one video this happening in all videos
