You can add any widget, including a weather widget, by going into the menu, hitting the "add" button, selecting "Add Widgets," and go from there. However, using the default settings your widgets might not look right, so the best way to fix that is to go to the menu, hit "Theme," and in Global Settings you'll see "Tile paddings" set at 10px. Change that to 1px so you can get your widgets looking right, and still have the tile look of Windows 8. Hope this helps.

ppl who are looking for the dialer and contacts app its called WP7, d only issue is that the in contacts it crashes when turning to landscape, which can be solved with the force landscape app

for the keypad try swiftkey, or kii keyboard. ifont or font editor can help you change fonts. These you can do out of the box, but for transparent notifications you need root which is kinda like jailbreaking for Android.

I was having the same questions. So I did some finding. For messaging, try Messaging Metro Beta, for dialer and contacts, use WP7 contact (lite if you don't want to pay)

That clock widget is built into the Smart Launcher. I think it's just supposed to look like the default Jelly Bean clock widget.

Launcher 8 is a really good Windows Launcher. It is by far the best I have tried :) But it's not very conventional to use, but it looks really good :D

I'm new to the android world with the HTC one. Leaving behind the iPhone, after jailbreaking a iPhone everything is fully customizable from changing the look of the phone keypad to the transparent notification center and even fonts. For the ChatHead's on Facebook, were you able to get SMS to go through the app? Thats the only useful feature and it doesn't give me the option in settings on my Note II.

Just search for "WP7Contact Lite" on Google Play Store. It will download the contacts and dialer together. For the messages, you can search "Messaging Metro Beta" on Play Store. Hope it helps.
