Unique House on a farm

Most the time houses are very cookie cutter but sometimes I find gems like this. Also a pretty modern house I toured recently was this Contemporary cabin in the woods. This looks like a craftsman built house. Unusual. My concern would be caring for the roof.

My thoughts were to do a rubber roof but even then I'm not sure how well it would hold up.

It would, since there is a agriculture easement the land has to stay the same but could you imagine having some chickens and goats running around. It would be a totally different concept that may bring in business.
