This home is beautiful. This builder is definitely amazing. If anything this is definitely a good way to start off his builder business because i definitely see him moving to other states that have higher cost of living, he can charge more. Come to San Antonio.!! 🙏🏼 i need my forever home built🥹

That’s definitely on the Westside of El Paso . For that price I could get a equivalent home out here in Austin. El Paso doesn’t have enough to offer to be charging that much for homes . Although it’s definitely gorgeous!

I guess you have never been to El Paso? It’s got refineries, Juarez across the border mountains that get snow in winter, ojos locos and El cometa.

I mean how many times can you hike trails at McKelligon Canyon or go quad riding in red sands or white sands or any sands at that 🤣 before your dark brown and board af and need a churro . How many times can you go to the damn Fountains to shop or eat at Chicos on Montana and fight someone for “dogging you” too long when you come to find out the guy is actually just blind 😝 ? How many times can you go to Juarez and Party at Morocco’s or Tequila Derby where you end up paying the damn cops $20 just be let go for doing nothing but running an Alto sign ? It all gets tiring after a year or two then all you have left is people to yell at for cutting you off in traffic and people yelling la tuya puto with bald heads . Ahh yes the wonders of El Paso 😭🤣.

@@Dior516 Juarez is trash now . I went plenty when you didn’t have to even have a passport . It was only .10cents to get back and all the clubs served the tiniest Corona’s in the world ! My cousin lives on Ignocio Mejia three blocks from JuanGabriels house on C. 16 de septiembre and only two blocks from the Mercado . I used to skateboard to the Mall and ice skate all day . But now a days Juarez is just trash like I said.

It's official I can now say I hate this Icon home builder nothing about this home screams that I want to live here and that's aside from the fact that it's a two story so I already had to Zonk the house just for that LOL🥰🥰🥰, and aside for some of the finishes which are nice as well as the kitchen this home plain old sucks and you call that a laundromat😔😔😔 you would figure they would include a full size walk in laundromat in the home not just downstairs but upstairs to, but all you get is a closet what a joke LOL 😋😋😋😋 I don't know Chuck I'm sorry to be so mean about it but there were a lot of homes you showed that I truly loved and would move into tomorrow but not this dump this is now another reason why I hate Texas and that is ICON CUSTOM HOMES LOL!!!😘😘😘😘

Really nice cool home but geeeze so many homes seem to skimp on the pool size. Our preference would have been to use most of that gravel rock area as pool space instead of a lap pool. Great video!
