I would just add 1m more (total 15 x 14) to the living room (also terasse would be 1m longer) and this would be perfect for us. Best so far, great layout!

Can it be changed to a pitched roof? Polish construction law rarely allows building houses with a straight roof. I am interested in this project, but with a pitched roof. Let me know :)

There is a difference in definition between built-up area and usable area. If u sum up the room areas without patio and atrium (!) you will receive 93,5m2. Atrium is not an usable area, of course. And the patio didn’t have windows so it does not count as usable area, as well.

I sketched with 14x14m ground dimensions = 196m2 and than I recalculated the „usable area“, and again I see about 90-100m2 of usable area. It’s not precise cause of guessed wall thickness etc.
