I'd actually say yellow lantern corps for oathbreakers

@@Summoner4.0 No, but they do weild evil power for their own ends, good or ill, and they started because Sinestro left the green lantern corps- breaking his oath, in other words. And black lanterns don't revive the dead, they are dead.

@@Summoner4.0 if your only criteria is making undead, though, orange lanterns do fit. They let their users revive those they kill as sentient constructs. But they also drive them insane with greed, so perhaps not.
