500 g boiled potatoes
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup plain flour
11/2 tsp salt
2 tsp crushed red chilies
1 tsp heaped mango powder
2 tbsp oil
coriander leaves
2-3 green chilies
1/2 cup milk or water
mozzarella cheese 1 cup
2 pinch salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
coriander leaves
CHUTNEY:-
10-12 GREEN CHILLIES
10-12 GARLIC CLOVES
1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE
1 TSP SALT
LITTE WATER

Hi ! I'm from France , and i did this recipe this afternoon. It was very very good. I didn't have enough mozzarella so i put vegeteables (zucchini, Peppers, onions) that i fried. It was very very good. The texture of the paratha is perfect. Thanks you very much for this recipe. I will keep it for ramadan.
