For the “Yeah.” option at 1:26, there’s different dialogue for a Dalish Elf!Rook and a City Elf!Rook. City Elf!Rook will say “There they are, the elven Creators. I used to be jealous of the Dalish elves, because they got to learn all these stories I only barely knew. Now I get to see the truth of it, and it turns out the truth is awful.”

Can I ask how to get the Dalish!Elf vs City!Elf variations? I played as an Elf Antivan Crow, but I might've just chosen the red dialogues more often to not get the dalish vs city elf stuff. 🥹

@@pikajulie_art To be honest, I’m not too sure. Other than the “Yeah.” dialogue option, I haven’t really found much of if any dialogue unique to City Elf. In fact, the “Yeah.” option might just be it.

@@Saiyef96 I tried searching, and the City Elf vs Dalish Elf might be tied to the faction Rook's in? Are you a Shadow Dragon maybe? SD Rook Elves are City Elves, while VJ Rook Elves are Dalish Elves iirc. But am also not sure ! EDIT: I tried the "Yeah" option just now, I'm a City Elf as an Antivan Crow!

@@pikajulie_artI think this is right. An elf part of the Veil Jumper or the Grey Wardens should be Dalish. While a Shadow dragon, a Crow or a Watcher would be a city elf. I'm not sure about the Lords of Fortune though. Isabela said that "Rivain is not ready for the dalish" and certainly there are more elves there

I'll try a different Elf faction playthrough someday to check the differences! I wish it was more explicit like the Grey Warden + Dwarf exclusive dialogue icon in my video. Eitherway, it's cool that the faction takes into account the type of "Elf" Rook will be!
