Hi, I use a western grip, so for me is more natural to have a thumb on the frame also during backswing. Is it ok and will this method work, if I have thumb in the end and also in the beginning? So instead of fingers - thumb, I would use thumb - thumb, will it be the same result? Thank you so much!

Thank you! I have a problem with forehand going long. Even with western grip I have sometimes tendency to open the racket face during contact. Dou you have any tip how to prevent this and keeping racket face closed during contact? Which part of a ball should I imagine to hit? The top of a ball or below the center? @@oneminutetennis
