I think the missle pods from the gun peg in to the sides of his torso is combined mode to thicken his abdominal section.

Peaugh, if you rotate the arms 90 degrees from how you have them, the chest plate also pegs into them so that there are 3 points (each of Siegried's arms and the bottom connection) of contact for the chest plate & the double "sight" pieces that you have attached to the combined gun lock onto waist to thicken the combined mode torso.

Hey regarding the chest shield and those two pegs u couldn't find a place for..it's cuz the arms aren't rotated ...if u look at the bottom of the arms there are peg holes so u should be able to turn the arms so those peg holes face forward then the two shield pegs now have their ports :)

Those flip out pegs on the chest shield are for connecting the top half

Once you break apart that red chestpiece you can use them as shields for Siegfried.

I wish you could've brought Rex and other combiner to compare him to but I hear you do most of your reviews at work so I totally understand how much of a hassle that can be lol. I do like Ordin but I wonder if UT will be coming out with a cartoon accurate color version like they did to Mania king? That's the Abomius I remember from the "Call of the Wild" Episode. As much as I want to pull the trigger on him I'm goin to hold out for another 3rd party attempt of him but he does look gr8! Hopefully UT fixes the hip issues I've been reading about. Lets hope UT's next combiner's are the Seacons.!

i was thinking that maybe the side panels (the thinner parts) from the chest shield could attach to the front of Sigfried's upper front legs in dragon mode as armor plating like how the center section attaches to his back.

Cool video/combiner peaugh! This is probably the coolest 3rd party combined I've seen with the elbow joints that pull out from their middle section to all the individual members each transformation with all their neat tricks. If this was about $300-350 it would be more affordable but with all the has/tak combiners at a much more affordable price (albeit hollow-ish) I really can't see paying 500 for something like this bc of all the important masterpieces and CW's that are coming out that all add up to a pretty high sum of cash themselves. It ain't cheap to be a collector anymore :/

Its just me, but I think that crouch plate can fold out to be a complete front and back tabard thing if not add side leg armor based on those pegs on the side of the waist

This is the G1 team I always wanted. I have been holding off until I saw their Hun-Gurrr and now I know I must have it. I believe they will fix the looseness on the final run but I don't care if they don't I want this really bad. Thanks for the great review.

i think all the dragon modes seem kind of thin. like they need more body and leg girth. but all the robot modes are really sharp and Ordin is pretty good. just wish there was an optional Studio Ox version head.

And that's why the combined arms aren't locking in..cuz the combiner peg, with hungrrrs arms turned how u have them with the chest shield peg holes facing down are not in the proper "starting position to push the limbs on facing out to then turn them down to be at his sides they thereby locking the combiner arms in in...I think anyway:). And also with hungrrrs arms turned properly they can also be better secured I think by tabbing in to hungrrrs main body

How likely is it that the dragon teeth will get damaged as they reside on the sole of the feet while in robot mode?

I don't think anybody else is currently trying to take a stab at this guy because he's just so... absurd(?). With cars and just vehicles in general, you can make all sorts of different transformations and looks and whatnot but with these guys, I imagine it would be difficult to make something different AND good at the same time. And to be honest... I don't think other third parties can top this guy. He looks good, his components look good---he's just an overall undisputed figure who I think should remain untouched by upgrades, retools, and remakes.

I personally think the swords look better with Hagen simply because of the colors. Hagen has a lot of green and yellow which look a lot better with those gold swords than Siegfried's white and pink.

Great review, although I would have liked to his guns pegged on him in robot mode. I will say that from the tail over his back, to his shoulders / arms coming coming down, right down to his dragon head / neck robot legs and feet he reminds he so much of the RID megatron / galvatron mold

I always wondered, why in the world did they make Cutthroat his right arm, Sinnertwin his left leg, and Blot his right leg? Blot is supposed to be his right arm, Cutthroat is supposed to be his left leg and Sinnertwin is supposed to be his right leg. That still irks me like crazy to this day. Also, Abominus' head should be purple. I know that the G1 toys' head was white but that doesn't matter. That was inaccurate too. Where the limbs are concerned, is it just that they couldn't fit where they should have because of the designs or can they actually be switched around like the G1 figures? I was under the impression that they can't be because it seems like they are like this in most, if not every, photo that I've seen of Abominus.

It's so strange to me how much these companies send out test shots without some form of instruction set...i get that it's not a final product, therefore the instructions may not yet be finalized, but it's as close to final as can be and should just be just tweaks by "Test shot Stage". Why can't they provide something, even just quick camera shots of each step? Just something...one would think that to optimize the impression of the test shot both on the reviewer and the reviewer's audience they would do everything in their power to ensure the absolute best possible impression, instead of leaving you guys to have to "figure it out" and potentially give a bad impression due to incomplete transformations, or even break things etc... It's kind of negligent to me....and it's getting old...come on people! (Unique toys, Warbotron, etc...) get with it, lol....help your reviewers to help you! Peaugh, just curious, but have you ever inquired about this and gotten any kind of response from them as to why they provide nothing to you in terms of instructions?

Kuro ZRX 3RD Parties go for the older g1 toys blocky look. And the Generations etc go more for some kind of totally original modern G1 stylized look, or they copy the modern IDW look for their toys.
