@HIMxxPilgram big issue with the us is who ever greases the most palms gets the most radio play unfortunately...i know a few djs who would love to play some lesser known items that are their favorites or newer bands that have their interest but....they aren't allowed to and then they HAVE to play some other songs that may be less favoirtes a certain amount of times within a day....but thankfully i bought their cd's and play it on repeat whenever i want :)

He seem so... tense, lately... about the whole album thing, and record sales.. and I don't know where he gets his idea that the album's a failure, so what if it's not astronomically popular, popularity doesn't equal quality! (a couple of pop fart names come to mind but I refuse to mention her.. I mean his name...xP). I humbly think he should just relax... not push things too hard... I like Screamworks but it sounds too "polished" to me, would like to hear the old raw sound and IDGAF- Ville..:*

U.S. radio does not know the category for HIM. 1. The name is bad. First it was His Infernal Majesty. I know people who think they're satanic church-burners.. the heartagram contributes to the confusion. 2. Some think it's death/doom metal due to the themes and old goth look. 3. If a metal station played them, their listeners would vomit at the sing-song sound & twinkly keyboards. 4. Mainstream stations are afraid of them, not knowing the recent stuff's commercial. They are lost in limbo.

I live in New Zealand and perhaps if the record company pushed for the music to be played over here, more people would go and buy the music and radio's would be playing it......Am so sick of nobody over here knowing who these guys are!! WARNER MUSIC spend less time trolling KZbin confiscating music off videos and spend more time promoting your bands!!!!!!
