Can you recommend a glue other than the GS Hypo Cement? I struggle with getting the cap back into the tiny opening of the applicator tip.

You need different glues for different things. I like the hypo as it’s all purpose. You can try Loctite if you are using it on leather. It’s a gel and super strong. Easy to use too.
