Nike FINALLY let us into their football boot factory

Inside Nike's football boot factory in Montebelluna in Italy, which is where they normally build the boots for the best players in the World - and in today's video, we will follow the creation of the new Nike Tiempo Legend 9 MI made especially for Sandro Tonali. The boot takes inspiration from Andrea Pirlo's Tiempo Legend 1 from 2006 which he wore when he won the World Cup, and is built by some of the finest craftsmen in the World. Nike ID the boots are shipped to you, been tossed around in a delivery truck, and god knows how some curriers take care of packages. It’s not the same.

In case you forgot the boots you buy vs the ones the pros get aren't the same. But I can't imagine how nice that is to get those custom boots. My left foot is a half size bigger for example. Would be sick to get custom tiempos like that.

The Mercs fit me like a custom boot anyways so I don‘t need that. The Gts leave a bit of dead space in the midfoot and gave me blister issues for a long time so it would either be them or the Tiempo‘s which I love but they are just too wide for me and make me feel a bit insecure when doing quick turns of direction. Go to Bangladesh, Taiwan, Indonesia where most of Nike's sweat shops are. Ask them to open them for you and show you around. Most of the shoes are not made in Europe.

Definitely be a phantom venom with a tiempo 4 sole plate, whether that’s fg or sg. I’m lucky enough to have a pair of John stones match issue boots made in montebelluna and the quality is next level. They also have some unique modifications

Nike, Adidas and other brands should do more quality football shoes for little foot. Sometimes it’s difficult find good football or indoor shoes sizes that i have 35,5 or 36 (EU) (I’m woman). Sometimes you find good cheap shoes but it’s rare.

It’s cool seeing how football shoes are made but I didn’t see many with wider soles as I have big wide feet and it so hard to find a shoe that fits good, I usually have to order online and I have a hassle back and fourth as sometimes they fit too big or too small. I wish there was a store with a variety of shoes sizes and width not just the typical.

The problem i found with Nike shoes is that the soleplate is usually a two-part piece, due to the stress caused by the bending it unglues way to fast in the same spot.

Great videos , great review but o had a issue when I got a pair of boots that cost $220 and didn’t fit me well so I wanted the size up and unisport don’t give a shipping label so it was pretty hard to get in touch to someone and to return them back and re order a size up it will cost me a extra $170 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
