Unit 1 Advanced Agile Project Management

Upon successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
explain the need for Agile Project Management;
describe the benefits and usage of approaches, including Adaptive (Agile, Iterative), Predictive (Plan Driven, Waterfall), and Hybrid approaches;
explain examples of projects that are suited to each approach; and
relate the Agile Manifesto Principles to day-to-day project management.
