Physical safety - risk assessments, COSHH, reduce risk of infection PPE. Data protection - protect personal information as way of keeping them safe. Complaints process / whistleblowing - staff and service user know how to use this process to raise concern’s. All staff have safeguard training so they know what the signs of abuse / neglect are. What to do if abuse is disclosed to them & they know who to report it too.
