Having same problem. Less than 6 months and it won’t rake. Customer service is frustrating but after 2 weeks of emailing, they finally told me what’s wrong and how to fix it. Took another 2 weeks to get the parts. Today we are attempting to fix it. We shall see. It’s ridiculous to spend this much money and have it break down so soon.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. This product hasn’t worked since day one. Half a dozen emails sent, no fix in sight. Have requested to return for refund. Nothing from Elspet!

Hello I keep pressing the litter box to clean and all it does is turn green and act like it’s going to clean and then it stops and beeps again and then turns red, how do i fix this?

Hey, I have the following problem. I can't get the litter box cleaned either in manual mode using the button on the side or in automatic mode. When I press the cleaning button there is just a two-time beep and that's it, when I reset the door closes and then opens again immediately without moving the rake. Thank you very much for your help

Hi there! Is the indicator light in blue in this case? If so, please try the following steps: 1. Check if the four sensors inside the box are dusty. You can wipe them with a wet towel. 2. Hola no puedo limpiar la caja en modo manual (si lo hace en modo automático) pero solo cuando la reinicio del botón de luz led luego ya limpia y queda encendió el botón de limpieza manual el modo nocturno y led pero cuando le day limpieza manual solamente se apaga y no funciona (tampoco el botón para retirar el rastrillo)

Revisa si en la pieza que se menciona en el segundo paso está bien puesta o tiene su imán, a mi me pasó que no funcionaba bien y era justo por ese problema ya no estaba el imán.

Just bough this brand new, did the steps, then when I plug it in all I get it's a constant blue light, nothing happens after that, no matter what I do, all I get it's a blue light, this thing don't work at all.

I have had decent customer service, but damned if my motor doesn’t have the screws so how the hell am I supposed to remove it?
