I'm Unitarian Universalist too! Unfortunately because I live in Australia and there is only one UU Church in my city which is mostly full of old white men so I don't really have a community, I mostly learn about it online.

Unitarian Universalism is a really beautiful path. Have you heard about Sikhism or Omnism? They have a lot of elements in common.

I have heard of Sikhism but I’ve only studied the ‘surface level’ of that belief system. I’ll have to look into Omnism. Thanks!

This was a great video to understand Unitarian Universalism. I've heard of other religions, but I've never heard of that. It's very interesting and almost odd, but not in a bad way to realize that there are more religions than what I realize. I am a Christian, but I still think that this is interesting.

Great video!! I grew up in a non-religious Christian family. However, I started to question things simply because different churches would say they preach the so-called "truth" and others didn't. Eventually in my 20s I ended up visiting multiple places of worship and researching other religions before settling with the current church. At the end of the day I'm a free thinker with beliefs all over the place and UU is for me. ❤️❤️☮️💯

well to your last point about not being enough on youtube, you right but i have 350k followers on tiktok and imma start telling them about it. i had not heard of this wonderful church nor the history until to day but i think i might be converted hardcore, it clicks. im looking to learn more and get really involved somehow

I am Christian on paper and I guess if I don't get anyone in from other side of men that won't change...so I might go that way, because habitus. But if we really look "inside me" there is a lot of things "I don't see that way" if a "Higher Power" should be a loving cool "Eh okay" type a way. So for what it is for the last years I kind of call me an Omnist(I just can't write or say it).

Great video! I’m a proud UU. One note you didn’t mention is that Unitarian Universalism isn’t a Christian faith due to the denial of the trinity. Perhaps you did make that point but maybe it wasn’t entirely clear and I missed it. 😁
