United Airlines Business Class - Polaris from New Jersey to Milan Italy. B777-200 ER.

I took Polaris from Newark to Taipei. There was a ticketing snafu, and I got a free upgrade. The food was terrible, but I enjoyed the extra legroom. Best part was the lounge in San Francisco. Enjoyed a nice pre-flight shower, beer, and meal.

Thank you for your comments. We have taken Polaris several times and some attendants are actually not too bad but some just made us feel they did not want to work there. So you might have some luck to have nice attendants to serve you. However the food is consistently poor, unfortunately. The food at the made to order restaurant in the business class lounge is much better than the plane. Love to hear your experience when you come back. Have a great trip! 👍👍😀😀

My kind of video. Not too long and straight to the point. American Airlines as a group need to step up their food games. All 3 of the “big 3” could use an overhaul. I do like United’s hard product. And I’ve never had a bad cabin crew. Just need a food upgrade.
