Steve. Louis Rocca was a relation. Essentially he just asked Matt Busby to join due to being a friend and serving with him in the army in some capacity I believe. Matt Busby was a PT. I cave a copy of the letter he sent to him if you are interested. Let me know and I'll send you a photo of a newspaper article.
