I got this from Barbara O'Neil, she is into natural health and medicine. You need an: 1. Onion slices 2. 2 plastic bags I think the bags you put your groceries in would work. 3. Pair of socks Put the bag on floor put onions slices in and put your bare foot on top of onions in the bag close the bag fasten it shut, then put your sock on to hold the onion slices and bag on. Do the same thing to your other foot. Barbara says in the morning your illness will be gone. Hope you feel better.
