Congrats bro I’m down a lot of weight and my best tip is don’t try and make drastic changes don’t just cut out everything from your diet at once that made me fail so many times but if you recognize the daily bad habits that are bad just slowly lessen them. Like I use to eat a whole meal at like 12 at night of whatever we had like ice cream. But I went from eating half a quart to just less or make it something healthier which is what I did and just made a lunch meat sandwich legit meet cheese low cal bread and low cal sauce and that alone saved me like 1000 calories every night because I wasn’t hungry I just wanted to wet something (this is a major one obviously)

A good rule i like to stick to in a grocery store is to stick to the outside of the store. That is where the dairy produce and meat is. And that is all you need everything else is bullshit for the most part. Youd be surprised how low calorie bacon and eggs are if you dont have toast with it.
@nickp317311 ай бұрын
Aside from the fact that the food is disgusting, if you have the will, this is the way. You need to hunker down and just go through with it. Eventually you will get used to it. Body has to eat. It takes a while to get used to though. And it's very easy to fall back into old habits. You have to stay focused.

A few diet drinks per week, or even per day -- there is no evidence that at those levels it is carcinogenic. No doubt on a drink-per-drink basic, even at low consumptions, alcoholic beverages are worse for you (but may be "tolerably" bad for many). Look it up. One of the enzymes in our liver which metabolizes alcohol, ADH, produces acetaldehyde, a highly toxic substance and known class 1 carinogen. No one even tries to hide this fact anymore.

Making one more comment on this video because I love this guy and I have always been a fitness fanatic. I remember watching a science video video about how the human body metabolizes energy. Basically it comes down to two basic things if you want to get really basic. Carbohydrates burn like paper or kindling in a fire. Fats burn more like the big logs that you would put on to burn all night. Protein is in there somewhere like the component that actually strengthens the woodstove that’s burning everything. That’s a super simplified version, but I hope it helps

I think the end hits home, i enjoy things and once you figure out how to optimise by having the low carb versions ect it makes it so much easier. I eat 3300cals a day at(main gaining about 95kg 11%ish bf) and for desert i have chocolate egg mousse, sugar free jelly, protien custard and some icecream. Its only like 500cals total and feels like and dirty bulking on dessert every night.

Yeah but what about the chemicals like sucralose and aspartame? They cause cancer

Powdered peanut butter is amazing, its so much cheaper, zero fat, and easy to throw in smoothies, oatmeal or just plain water for extra protein For salad dressings buy Braggs, its made with only olive oil, and applle cider vinegar which has very healthy probiotics

Great job. One of the first things I learned from dietary miss leading packages is the chemicals added to many "diet" label products with no sugar added. For instance Zevia soda is the best option, no colors and stevia sweetener. Diet soda, light Mayo, Gatorade zero, all miss leading.. was anyone else wondering what time Sam's shopping. I would have been bleeping out most of my shopping experience from people cutting in front of me and kids crying 😂

I am not a gains guy, and I am too old to eat the stuff Sam's eating, but I never get tired watching him do grocery shopping and talk about it.
@granitesevan6243 Жыл бұрын
Why "too old"? Should be fine, as long as you adjust your calorie intake
@scottcure6353 Жыл бұрын
@@granitesevan6243 I believe he’s meaning that when you get older, nutrition for health is more important than for vanity. Most of what is going in this grocery cart is unhealthy long-term outside of the meat.
@granitesevan6243 Жыл бұрын
@@scottcure6353 Let's be absolutely crystal clear about it: good health should always be the number one concern in your nutrition, no matter what age you are. The only reason this Sam guy "gets away with it" (exclusively from an aesthetic point of view) is because he's hammering a load of growth hormones - stuff that is absolutely going to fuck him up if he carries on. Don't pretend this diet has anything to do with good nutrition. At any age, you can eat a bit of what you want, as long as you don't overdo it. That's pretty common knowledge, unless you get suckered in by the bodybuilding farce

He's such an awesome young man. Truly has a good heart. Put seeing him in his videos the last few months versus this a year ago really shocked me without unhealthy he looks now. I knew that he looked unhealthy because I watch his videos and I've seen the change but when you jump back and see him now it really puts it in a perspective. Sadly this guy's going to end up killing himself. The heart can only take so much same with the liver.
