Exactly. All this paying stupid money for supposed established or 1st teamers from where ever doesn't help us. I'd much rather take a chance on 2 or 3 young possible future legends than 1 overpriced flops. It's been restricting us for years that method. That's what ya do when ya have a decent squad to add to it, not how you build a good team.

Yes someone has finally said it woodward shambles not Erics fault. Playing the same players who are under performing. Not being fit and sharp at start of season and high injuries is on Eric.

Definitely need these new players, however, we still need to clear the toxic players from the club. IMO, there are players playing to push the manager out, as we have seen over the years since SAF. People can blame ETH but, it is the players on the pitch that determine the game. I can clearly see what ETH is trying to create with the team and think it is a move to push us forward. The problem is, he keeps playing players that are playing player FC, and control the game... We know who they are so, I will just name them... Rashford and Casimiro. If he keeps playing them, his days are numbered at the club. I can only imagine that he is being told these players must be played... Maybe its their sponsors demanding this or the bosses because of their wages... However, If it isnt that, I just cannot believe ETH cannot see this!! Garnacho should replace Rashford, he is 10x better on the left and Amad on the right... When Rashford ddnt play last season, we were a far better team. Casimiro is just gone... Yes he was a great player but he simply past it OR, he is playing to get the manager out, blaming his tactics because he no longer has the legs and therefore playing sh*t for his ego to get ETH out.. Lets hope they get dropped so we can see what ETH is trying to achieve... Surely he cannot be that naive that he cannot see this.
