South Africa has some of the highest qualified waiters in the world. They all have degrees. I worked in many restaurants over the last 20 years since graduation. What I find odd is how everyone I worked with were from the Congo, Zimbabwe and all over Africa but our own people are jobless. Weird. Really strange. Wonder why. Also weird how easily single women get jobs over men. Nobody is hiring men that's for sure. Nobody cares. If it wasn't for family, I would be on the street long ago with no roof over my head and no food to eat. No job = no money = no indepdendence = no dreams = no life.

Things are going to get much, much worse before it gets....even worse than that....The 64% of youth that ae unemployed, have effectively become unemployable and will not acquire any skills. They will therefore be unemployed for their entire lives....tragic as this is, this also means that they will continue to vote for the ANC... It also, tragically means that the unemployment rate will escalate to more than 65% in the next 10 years as businesses fail to find skilled employees, will have to close down or move their operations to other countries where they do not face racist and incompetent governments. This is how communism works, enrich the elites and keep the poor unemployed and dependent on the state... Instead of being valued and integrated, the majority of employers along with their investment capital were happily chased away and stubbornly cut off. Their Rands and ventures are now Dollars and Pounds. On a graph, the unemployment rate and the exodus rate run undoubtedly seamlessly parallel. It is baffling that this isn't considered a smoking gun, but I suspect it is simply too taboo. It is that obvious, but our emotionally charged government and it's followers chose to ignore this and jump into oblivion with a hungry stomach.

That is rubbish. South Africa adopted GEAR policy in 1997. Adopting pro-Business macro economic strategy, Washing Consensus strategy cooked up by IMF. Only when Zuma abandoned GEAR in 2009 did South Africa grow up until 2018 albeit very slow growth. The Mbeki round of growth 2003 to 2006 was driven by commodities boom and State employment of Black graduates creating the so-called Black Diamonds. The Ramaphosa government is effectively a DA & Broederbond government.

What developed countries do is attract foreign investment by making the political environment conducive for foreign investors to come in like reducing tax, conducive political policies on immigration etc so that people come in and invest adding to gov't spending. USA for example attracts 50 thousand Africans every year through American lottery who come with diverse skills hence, USA is never in shortage of skills and these people come in and invest thereby creating jobs which is a huge boost to reduce unemployment.

It’s not very conductive for that argument, that they are actively calling for the genocide of the very white people that built the economy they destroyed
@nuckingfuts3204 Жыл бұрын
It's not about shortage regardless of the claim. The USA also doesn't have an environment of hatred towards minorities, nor does it weigh as unbalanced as South Africa does on the side of the worker. It is incredibly difficult to fire someone for their conduct in South Africa, even if they miss half a month's work due to striking, simply replacing them is not an option.

@@MrDustyn69 Well Sir, let me Educate you, maybe you can fool your South African Black brothers but not other Africans who own their Land in their Countries. In India and Africa, as well as some parts of Asia, 60% of Jobs come from self-employment by small landholders including my country Sierra Leone.
