I love how All Might's end reflects Deku's beginning, having to designate One for All to different parts of his body to utilise it at all, and breaking his own limbs with its power, as Deku learned to distribute it evenly and resist it's power to an extent

The best part of All Might recovering after the reveal is that he DIDN'T hear all the voices encouraging him. He didn't get pulled back from misery by a mass of adoring citizens. It was just one person. The one woman behind him who needed his help. That one person who he has to save in this moment with a smile on his face. He can feel grief later, but right now, what's important is taking down the villain in front of him and saving those around him who need help, even if it is just that one person.

He doesn't want All Might to be better. He wants to be better than All Might. The original phrase was "なんだその情けない背中は” which translates to "what is that pitiful/pathetic back" pretty much word for word. Endeavor has been looking at All Might's back his entire life, never being able to catch up. And in this moment, All Might looks pitiful, and it made Endeavor furious, like "How is this the guy whose beaten me my entire life? Why does he look so pathetic?"

There is a little "blink and you'll miss it" moment in this episode that i actually like more than anything other than the Punch. There's a moment where All for One says something along the lines of: "the face of a cornered hero is a terrifying thing. In my nightmares, i still see that face of yours as you come after me with your guts strewn about." This means that, to quote Geoff Thew of Mother's Basement, that the last time they fought, All Might beat his ass blind and turned the scene into a recreation of the Yellow Bastard's death from Sin City *AFTER* he had already been literally gutted like a fish.
