Sheesh. PA swung both ways so many times historically. From the Clinton era up until the Obama era, it must've had Dems thinking PA was a lock to stay blue for good. Trump shook up that possibility of a consistent blue PA future. Purple PA lives on.

@siddharthsen703515 күн бұрын
@@AFT_05G it is what Ohio used to be, ie, the bellwether. From 2008 to 2024 it has been siding with the winner. It may or may not be what Ohio is now (and now Ohio is Missouri, which used to be the bellwether state till 2004 interestingly lol)

It's funny how so few counties went to Kamala, and the ones that did have an obvious reason: - That blue blotch in the west is Alleghany County, home to Pittsburgh - The blue county near the middle is where Penn State is. - The next blue county southeast of that is the location of Harrisburg, the state capital - The one in the northeast is the location of Scranton - That one in the middle-right is Lehigh, home to Allentown - And the cluster of counties in the bottom right is the Philly area. She literally just won the big blue cities and nothing else.

Make it into another Florida. The R's strategy with Florida is amazing. Ohio too of course. PA is really starting to be a lean R state and has a chance to be safe R barring anything drastic. Minnesota and New Jersey could finally turn as well if the trends continue

@@tca666 that's incorrect. As a lifetime nc resident myself, in 2024 Trump won it by 5 points, the biggest margin for a win here since 2004.
