Still trying to find a good friend of mine Davy Philips. Last I heard years ago he had joined Ricks band in the USA. Davy opened the door to me to Rick and Johny and Edgar Winter's music while living in Scotland. Never saw Rick live but saw Johney live in London at the Hammersmith Odeon. Great musicians all. Nice to hear Rick on guitar , still got the touch. The media and politics has de-based America since the 70's. Just do the things we all loved America for --- great music, honest people and standing up for your rights ! 😆

I know this is weird to do (I guess) But Rick has been one of my top influences picking up/having interest in playing guitar since I was only 4 years old (now 55 yo). I never had an opportunity to see him live until he played in the football field of my old highschool (greater Lowell regional vocational technical highschool) located in Tyngsboro MA when I lived there. The show was back in the 90s and my friend Steve's band opened for Rick.. what a fantastic night which I will never forget. I got to meet Rick backstage after he put on an amazing show.. He was extremely courteous and friendly with me and it was a memory I really cherish.. I still have a plastic cup he signed for me.. my then wife didn't check the film was in right in our camera despite my completely annoying and constant asking her... so no pics 🤷🤣 But I just thought I'd post here just to say I hope Rick is doing very well.. and the night of that show, and his friendliness toward me still means a whole lot to me, especially knowing how exhausted he was, because it really was one incredible show.

You are obviously deceived and know nothing of American history. I think Oscar Wilde said it best: ' The Americans went from barbarism against the natives, then moved quickly into barbarism with black African slaves, and, without ever pausing for a moment, went straight into imperialism; which they learned from the British.' Sad; but so terribly true. Loved your work with the Dan Rick, way back when; but this is embarrassingly bad.

I'm simply being honest. Honesty goes a long way when helping someone to try and not to make a fool of themselves.I have listened to other songs that Rick has made on this recording. Many of them are quite good. But this particular one is very bad. One should be honest about these things. I would say the same things to any recording artist that had a song which I sincerely believed was absolute rubbish. @@JerryTheVeganRockstar
