I agree that he is probably the guy, but you have a responsability with the community to not over hyped things, you did it with the beginning of the season, with the John mourtug guy with arnold and now you're doing it again with this changes, reporting is about giving a critical view about things and the glazers still full owners of the club, these changes have not been made and even if they were we don't know If they will work specially with the glazers.... don't get me wrong I love your content, but I think you always dismiss the bad news bc you want to be positive, anyway just my view

I don’t buy it sir. No champions leagues with either clubs. Like you said he got demoted with Juve. Did Buffon win the Champions league after staying? Why do Juve only sign players on free unless Atalanta helps them or they trade players in exchange for discounted prices? PSG brand grew due to Neymar’s association with the Jordan brand. They need to thank him for globalizing PSG. Behemoth with no Champions league title. It seems like he’s going to come in due to this video. Let’s state the obvious. United need state of the art facilities, stadium and elite staff. Modernization hasn’t been done in 15 years. The “Buisness side” isn’t the problem at United. The sporting side is the biggest issue. Education doesn’t make you qualified to run a prestigious football club. Experience, actual love for the sport and sacrifice is crucial. I hope someone can lead the vision and not create more division.

You can't overestimate how important this guy is going to be for us. We're already a financial powerhouse in the world of football, but he'll take us onto a whole 'nother level. People might find the financial side of things boring, but with FFP, with salary caps around the corner, and with infrastructure stuff to sort out, it's vital we're the very best off the pitch.

This man's background is very impressive. Just look at what he did at Juventus he comoletely transformed them. Even his work at PSG is impressive. By bringing Jean Claude Blanc & then Paul Mitchell this is the footballing reset that's so desperately needed have the club run how it should be run then we'll see vast improvements overall within the club

@@richyclubsport5155 I didn't want Sir Jim in tbh but I know it's a formality so I'm just trying to see the positives in the changes being made that should benefit us in the long term rather than constantly see negatives which is what many are doing. At the end of the day us fans wanted Arnold gone well he's now gone Murtough will be next & they're being replace by proper footballing people that have a very good background. If peoole can't see this as a positive step towards being a football club then there's no hope for them. I'm sick & tired of fans pissing & moaning about everything despite wanting changes made we're doing that & they still aren't happy

What I like about Blanc is his education more than his experience I'm not saying his experience is not good it is amazing, however what I like about his education is that he will teach Man United family patience because I believe education teaches you more about being patient and earn your hard work after hard work, we motivation in our Team and the right people who cares about the values of the organization.

And one of the most important things as being a CEO is who you know, what are your contacts. This is a guy who has been on this space for decades and been very successful and will no doubt have a contacts list from heads of banks, most influential people in the marketing and sporting world etc to call upon. When we talk about wanting best in class for the jobs at united, this guys CV is definitely up there. It will be interesting if he comes how he splits his time. I would hope 100% of his time, at least the initial years, is spent on united.

I know a lot of people would have preferred Jassim to come in, as an easy fix, to just throw money at the problem(s), but the fact that Sir Jim seems to have "beat" him says a lot. And this might be a good thing going forward, having shrewd and a very experienced businessman in control. I think throwing money at the problem would not be a bad strategy for a small club, like City; but for a club like United, with money but bad management, having someone smart at the top is a better solution. I just hope he has a real plan to eventually get rid of the Glazers.

Sam is a lovely guy but he embodies a lot of things that are wrong with us as a fan base. How can people still be so easily manipulated??? Until very very recently NOBODY even mentioned this guy and now he will take us back to the top? While the glazers are still majority owners? As football fans the least you can do is have hope for the future. United is richer than probably 99% of clubs in the world … maybe less than 10 clubs are richer. If only the club used correctly even just 70% of its resources in terms of fans and popularity and then spend it wisely simply by just having a plan. We would be winning trophies. I would like us to function at 100% but unfortunately the glazers aren’t leaving. So that isn’t happening. But even in the fergie days we were winning and the club still wasn’t functioning properly but we had a few good people in the club structure who made it work. Now we are stuck with the glazers and even those good people we had who made it work just by trying and executing a plan have been replaced by useless people. So if we can’t get the glazers out … at least bring in proper people and I am hopeful that we would improve with at least that
