@k0bra3eak40 the disciplinary committee is "independant". It was, I believe, made up of IRFU (not WR) and URC members. Although it is almost impossible to know the men in suits list comprising the disciplinary court. Hansen was charged with misconduct in breach of nine clauses of the URC’s disciplinary guide, including law 3.3.13, which says "foul play" can include statements that are unsporting and/or insulting. Many supporters ( i.e., URC/IRFU funders/ clients) believe that the refereeing and tmo decisions are inconsistent. And that's being kind. I do not wish to participate in ref/tmo bashing. They generally do a reasonable job, for which I'm confident they are well reimbursed. Putting a muzzle on players will not solve this issue imo.
