I once united Slavia starting as Piast. Hybridizating with Norse was the first hurdle, then unifying the religion, then that first Unite West Slavs. Keeping the Russians in line though is definitely the toughest part, besides potentially taking on the Greeks. Hello! I personally prefer no music, so I can play my own music in the background. However, the music might be a good idea since most people don't play their own music, and the music helps fill the silence between commentary, and allows you to make montages since they won't be in dead silence.

great video man! I haven't played much 867 start dates, when is the right time to feudalize? as soon as you are ready to settle down after constant conquering or ?

Depends what kind of run you're doing. If you're playing tall I'd say try to feudalize asap using the adopt feudal ways through liege or something. If you're doing an empire type run I'd just feudalize after you get as much land as you really want really and you have a bunch of gold saved up to pay for your army.

Pope is the weakest in my experience along the Tiber river. Raid one side and he usually comes from the other side of the river giving you advantage. Especially good for Norse since they have men-at-arms that gives advantage in farmlands aswell.
