Thank a lot for this review. We love to hear that our amplifier made a big impression on you. We tried to make this equipment the quintessence of Polish engineering thought, but also to make the audiophile happy with the listening qualities and design.

@@UnitraPoland Is this inspired by the Yamaha CA-2010? It looks very similar and also has the A/AB switch. Looks like a killer amp, btw.

I had the Unitra Finezia cassette tape. Nice surprise to see this brand from our childhood is reborn again.

Poland used to make lovely Christmas tree bulb decorations. They were available in the US for years. Vintage.

Greetings from Serbia. I remember that in former socialist Yugoslavia there were some Unitra products imported, mostly cassette decks. I had one of them branded RIZ (Radio industria Zagreb) but it was Unitra rebranded as RIZ. I used it for years. Nice amplifier.

In Poland German Grundigs were popular.

Never heard of the brand Unitra. Though it has nice features (besides great appearance), it must be a tough competition in the 5K range (Yamaha A-Sxx series for example). Fully agree on what you said about rotating (new) gear. Maybe when we settle down one day that will stop :) Thanks for the heads-up!
@NormcoreGregАй бұрын
I'd compare this amp to the likes of Luxman or Accuphase given its quality. The fact that it's entirely build in Europe most probably adds to the cost as well. As for rotating gear, I'm afraid it's part of the hobby and would only stop if we run out of money, which I hope won't happen. So, keep'em comming!

I wish, but I was asked by the manufacturer not to dismantle the unit as I received a brand new one for testing. You can visit their website though or their facebook page where they show some photos of the insides - facebook.com/photo/?fbid=567676105877467&set=pb.100079052474600.-2207520000
