Unity (Tales series combo compilation)

This video has been in the works for a couple of months and I'm super happy to finally get it out.
While it features many of my favorite characters there were obviously those that just couldn't be included in the interest of not looping the song like 3 times more than I already did lol
The Tales series has given me countless hours of entertainment and introduced me to some truly wonderful people that I'm happy to call friends. This is a love letter to those who play the games, and those who made them. Thank you for everything.

Thanks! Emil in a better combat engine has the potential to be one of the most fun characters in the series imo (RM3 Emil with canceller codes is super fun) but I'm glad I was able to do some cool stuff with him regardless! Swallow Fury used entirely as a gap-closer without the actual attack coming through is a personal favorite bit in the video.

That was a great watch! Vita R air combos were a delight and I really adored Eleanor's Aerial Strike into the Whirling Top (man that looks cinematic), but personally I think your Jude combos knocked it out of the park. It felt as though a lot of what led to the last Jude combo coalesced together really well: Air combos, a bit of hitbox trickery, side switches, a projectile setup, it's all there. Good stuff!

The Whirling Top kick is one of my favorite bits in the entire video, finding out that Burning Moon wastes just enough time after Aerial Strike to line it up was satisfying as heck lol Glad you liked the video!

I expected something great when you announced this... but this passed my expectations. Those Jude combos that abused enemy hurtboxes, or using Judith's many off the ground options to keep a long thing going. As simple as it all is it's what makes improving at these games fun. I may be bias for ToX2 but your Jude combos really made this video for me. That Sun Spark set up was nutty.

Glad you liked it! The lizard tail hurtbox is a lot of fun to mess around with, as are the spiders/scorpions with their, uh, behinds floating above their heads lol

What a beautiful video for me to wake up to! It's no surprise that those Jude combos are a standout here, considering it's high off the heels of your Jude run, but it still goes without saying that you've gotten a lot of milage out of those godly air normals lol. It's highly amusing to me that half of these setups even work, yet the way you've incorporated them makes them look so natural that it's hard to pick out a singular moment or two. The whole combo is seamless while having all that hitbox jank in plain sight and I love it. I also didn't know that Spirit Drop had that strong of a pushback effect that you could drag people over Magilou's head. Or that Crescent Moon > Luna Gale could cross under an enemy. I now know what I'm messing around with next time I play Vesperia. Just as you have thanked us with this video, I thank you for being both a good friend as well as someone who I can both grow with as a player and learn from. I'm very blessed to have good people like you to be along for the ride with.
