Money is not the answer learning new skills are the answer. Have an alternative it's called... Education and relocation investment. Overview: Welfare is reorganized around education, relocation of people from job depressed area's to job abundant area's, tudors for homeless shelter's, urban, and rural area's, and Pre-K education. 1. Education: welfare or basic universal income should be built around education. Priority one is getting people to read, write, and do basic math. If people haven't graduated high school help them graduate and get a high school degree, if they have a high school degree, then get them into a job level certification or program, job training, go to a vocational school, a community college, apprenticeship. Give these people the skills needed to succeed. 2. Encouraging people to relocate: Offer strong incentive for people living in job depressed areas to move to job abundant area's. This will stop people from becoming trapped where jobs are scarce. 3. Tutor programs ran by non for profit, profit, and the government program's to teach kids in the inner city, rural countryside, and homeless shelter's how to read, write, and do basic math. These extra programs will insure no one is educationally left behind. 4 Pre-K education: Watching my niece and nephew I see the need to start education at a very early age. My nephew isn't even 4 yet and he can read at a third grade level, count, spell, and do adding and subtracting. The earlier we can train our youth with the basics the more likely they are to succeed. If we and our children are raised from the ground up to be versatile then we will only need welfare or universal basic income for only the most extreme cases. I myself have two degrees and are getting ready to go back to school to get a third one. My mom and dad told me thier entire life's they never stopped learning. Once they got masters degree they still had to go get recertified, get new certificates, and even go to job training program's. Education not money is the key to our future and our prosperity.

Bait like working so hard for basic living is just so great for the next thousands of years, and everyone will start at zero or below ,hey I'm not jealous if even the rich get something there going to be rich anyway if they don't want basic living they don't have to, what happens if no one tries a chance to learn is better than you must work to even live hey if you like meds that's you go ahead others want other things robotics don't care you need meds or something go ahead, life should be different if wanted.
