Agree, Drupal should be great on the client side too! Eg. it is great when I use it on my local machine with ddev as a PWA :)

Agreed, actually I've never thought of CMS and just that bottom part, that would be Data management system in my mind, but Content means a ready web page, something consumable by anyone!
