I'll say this, if it does happen that corridor from the M1 up to Bedford is going to be downright weird. Starting in the south you've got Centre Parcs (expect them to be doing a lot of 'accommodation only' deals in the off-season to cash in on Universal being so close) then Millbrook golf course and car proving ground, then the Millenium Country Park and Forest Centre and finally Universal. That's... well let's go with 'interesting' shall we? Also really hope that Universal don't try to save a buck or two on flood mitigation measures, Bedford and surrounding area has not had the best time of things over the last few years.
