As a Canadian, poutine is not served with curly fries! I didn’t try it when I was there a couple of weeks ago. Maybe a beer would have helped wash the ‘liege’ waffle down. Your faces were hilarious! Sweet is usually the way to go. Thanks for your honest opinions! Sure glad I passed on the waffle! My daughter and I enjoyed the alcoholic beverages at the different booths!😂😂😂

My family and I went opening weekend and our favorites were the Chicken Satay, the Brazilian cheesebread, and the cookie butter waffle. The jambalaya was pretty good and had a generous serving, plus the beignets and chickory cold brew were really good as well. The onion waffle sounded interesting on paper, but the moment I smelled it my stomach said no thank you, so we skipped it, thankfully. The bananas foster crepe was good, but it took almost 45 minutes to get it due to high demand.

@DISUnlimited hopefully the service time has improved from opening weekend. There were some people who waited even longer than I did. You could tell there was some confusion in the communication between the order station and the cook station. Orders weren't being made in the order they were received. It was crazy, but it was opening day.

Thanks for the video. The poutine was interesting, we loved it the first time we tired it; it was made and served immediately. The next time it wasn't as good. Some foods just don't do good under a heat lamp or if the frying oil is not the ideal temp. The food is so hit and miss there is no consistency, which I understand is hard to do in the environment that they are prepping the food in, but still maybe don't create food that needs that much TLC to be good. Although I do appreciate that Universal is trying to up their food game.

I also prefer well cooked , safer to eat, food , especially at a park or from food trucks ….. i also am open to and expect different tastes from different chefs/cooks ….. but i also try to avoid eating at a food truck at the end of the day just before close … because you get the left over bottom of the pot

Another video where they poo on universal food. Why would they lie about cheese? Go to the event when it starts if you want all the booths to be open. Like you do for Disney. Sorry if you have to wait in a Universal line I'm sure that triggers you. "If I'm gonna wait in a line, it sure as hell will be a Disney line.
